What we collect

The contact tool runs entirely in your browser; it does not transmit or store what you type. We receive personal data only when you email us, in which case we process your name, email address and the content of your message. Our hosting provider may log technical data such as IP address, browser type and time of request for security purposes.

Why and on what basis

We use email correspondence to reply to you (legitimate interests, or steps prior to a request you make). Server logs are processed to keep the site secure (legitimate interests). We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising.

Retention

Emails are kept for up to 24 months, then deleted. Server logs are kept for no more than 30 days.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers who host the site and our email, under contracts requiring appropriate safeguards, or where required by law. Where data is transferred outside the UK, we rely on adequacy regulations or standard contractual clauses.
